New Measures to Cool Singapore’s Property Market

With effect from 16 December 2021, Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) rates will be raised, and the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) threshold will be tightened. The LTV limit for HDB loans will also be tighten from 90% to 85%.
